  1. Cool thank you, I've been trying to get help for a couple of weeks, so a couple more days won't make a difference. I've not emailed that address, so I'll try now. Thanks for your help! -Dan
  2. Hey All, OK, I've had to resort to joining the forum to get some help with this... I have used the in-app method of contacting support, I've used the form on the website, and I've used the email address on the Google Play Store. So, forum. Now, here's the issue. I have an Xperia phone, and a Galaxy tablet. I have two Google accounts, both accounts are on both devices. The Xperia uses one Google account and has an annual subscription. The Galaxy uses the other account, and has a monthly subscription. Week before last, the Xperia randomly went back to the ad version. I have been through the help page in order to attempt to restore the license, but from clearing the Play Store data, uninstalling and reinstalling CCleaner itself, checking licenses and everything else, it is refusing to acknowledge that I have a subscription. Two days after this started, the Galaxy ALSO dropped out from subscription and started displaying ads. I have been through the whole rigmarole with the Galaxy but still, CCleaner is refusing to accept that I have a subscription! So now, I've tried contacting Piriform several times but have had no answer, and I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any ideas, any suggestions, please let me know. I have checked both my subscriptions, and they are both active, but aside from that... I am at my wits end. Thanks in advanced, -Dan English
