CCleaner_Old_customer

Since the upgrade to Windows 10, CCleaner (Professional) has literally stopped working in my computer.

Dear all, I have the latest edition of a licenced Cleaner Professional to date installed in my Windows 10. I have been using CCleaner for many years. One of the nice features of this programme is that I can easily launch it by right-clicking the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop, and then selecting either Open CCleaner or Run CCleaner. Now, the CCleaner hyperlinks (screenshot attached) in the Recycle Bin have stopped working. Neither can I launch the programme from the folder Programm Files (screenshot attached). I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the programme. I can use the programme when it is just installed (I have a valid license key), but the problem persists when I try to launch the programme again after the first time I use it. I will be most grateful if you could help me fix this problem. I want the programme to start working. Best wishes, Youxuan
