Couldn't be bothered typing.

I have been having a problem where I try to run CCleaner. It fails to open but continues however to eat all the CPU usage without even starting. I try to end task and it doesn't work, then i try killing its process tree. Still stuck there eating cpu usage.. I don't want to have to stop using cc cleaner. Has anybody got any suggestions? Thanks.
