I cleaned Windows 10 system with the CCleaner v 5.42.6495 utility and checked the box "cleanup of the old Windows installation" and now after the reboot I see a message that "the driver for the screen could not be launched". In the device manager, the video driver is marked with an exclamation mark. I tried to update the draver - but the problem with the driver in the device manager was not solved.
