Now it keeps telling me there is a new version, and i keep downloading it, and keep on getting told that there is a new version. It seems that whatever i do i can´t get the newest version. What has happened to Ccleaner? I never had all these problems with the program before. Now i have completely uninstalled it.

So first of all, lately my Ccleaner has been constantly monitoring, even though i did not set it to do so, and when I unclick monitoring, I have to restart the computer before it stops monitoring, but eventually monitoring is started again. So I uninstalled Ccleaner, and tried to install it again, and then first time i start it up, and tries to "analyze", I am told that this action is forbidden at my location, and the program just shuts down. I start it again, and now it seems I can run it again, but what is happening? Anybody else experienced this? I run Windows 10.
