Thanks Andavari, just changed Cleaning results level of detail from Summary to Advanced Report and CC stopped crashing. Thank you!

As soon as CC starts cleaning (just after the "Do you wish to continue" dialog box) the programs exits. I used it successfully on my system for several years -- now it has this weird behavior.
