Thanks, I had tried first option, now trying second option  - thanks for your help.

I went to open CCleaner as I normally do on my laptop and was confronted with the message to enter the licence key which I cannot find.

 

I tried to locate it, but it did not recognize my addresses.   Can you help please, as I cant get in to clean browser, cookies, history etc.
