My friend mentioned that but I reinstalled (without uninstalling) it and didn't see it. Then I tried uninstalling and fresh install, then I saw it. So I don't know but this issue is definitely my side. Luckily I also discovered the portable version, which I am going to use now as I can use it everywhere.

I do not want it. I am getting sick of whenever I update CCleaner that I have to safe boot and remove Avast. Why in this time of age that the option to not install extra stuff is gone? It was a choice in installers during the 90's.
