CC Cleaner not cleaning all Internet Temp File Win 10 x64

I have a same problem. Corporeality, i can't delete a file "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Low\SuggestedSites.dat". I use Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and i don't tick there option that you mentioned.
