I have v5.23.5808 64 bit Pro Edition with Windows 8.1 and I'm having the same problem. Two web cache logs are not deleting after the latest update. These two logs are not deleting: C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\vo1.log C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache\vo1tmp.log
