  1. Hello, does CCleaner Professional (latest edition) delete already deleted emails in the memory of 'Microsoft® Outlook® 2019 MSO (Version 2111 Build 16.0.14701.20204) 32-bit', or indeed any other version of outlook? I'm not talking about the emails stored by the ISP, I know they can't be deleted. Thanks ...
  2. Hello, There appears to be much blog commentary that CCleaner is not suitable for SSD's. Yet I figure that just one simple pass ... 'Simple Overwrite (1 pass)', would be perfectly sufficient due to the nature of SSD's, and your comment that ... 'in brief, CC treats SSD's and HDD's the same on the crap removal front deleting temp files, browser history, dumps, log files etc is the same process no matter the storage medium'. Referring to these two previous comments below, can you please explain how I get this 'TRIM' to work, or maybe how CCleaner would do that for me? I can't find any reference to 'TRIM' in CCleaner. The only relevant thing seems to be when I select an SSD to be cleaned, then I get a warning about not doing that. So how can I clean the SSD unused areas using CCleaner? That is, to make sure they're free of any traces of data? Thanks. ...
  3. Hello, Let me report a similar situation. I've just upgraded my Windows 7 with Windows 10. Now my wiping of 'MFT free space' takes a simply huge amount of time, 7 hours (plus) to complete this action. When using Windows 7 it took a while but nothing like 7 hours. Probably around 30 - 45 minutes. In both scenarios I used 'advanced over-write 3 passes'. After cleaning I tried it again and exactly the same thing happened. This problem is not identical to White Collar's problem, but it appears similar. Any thoughts?
