  1. Screenshot showing Google Chrome no longer being shown as being cleaned. Still no response from "support".
  2. Hi Nukecad, thanks for the reply. You are right, for some reason updates were off, note that although CC showed that Office had been updated, it hadn't. I manually updated it afterwards then switched on the auto setting. I understand why the developers/designers are developing the extra functionality, and also having worked supporting devs in the past, that things can go wrong. But the real key to keeping Customers happy is to provide the support which is promised (CC advertising response time of 4h - it is now over a week and nothing at all - this is why I have had to resort to this free option here, so why bother to pay for non-existent support ? Thanks again, apologies for rant. Billj
  3. Latest release has come and gone, Chrome still not being cleaned. So what is the next step ? IF you expect people to pay for support, you expect to at least get a fecking response from the support people - otherwise why are you paying ? It is not like this is some rare program which only 1 person in outer Mongolia uses - this is Google Chrome !!!
  4. Normally would not do this, but after killing program and going back into it, all programs show as updated. I am testing now, but this needs to be looked at by the support team.
  5. Zero point in logging support ticket since they never bother to respond - even for paying Customers. Has anyone else tried software updater on this version ? Looks totally buggy as this has hung, but application is still responding (e.g. I can go to Custom Clean etc.). Stuck like this (see screenshot) for 3 hours, Cancel does not work so I have to kill the programme and god knows what state this will leave Office in. Thanks a lot for doing this - was just what I needed right now.
  6. But the point is this worked fine until about a week ago, so it needs to be fixed in CCleaner so that it wipes it again on Custom Clean. So far, their 4.xx hours to respond has been exceeded by around 20 hours !!!
  7. From about a week ago, when running custom clean (all options except bookmarks backup selected) the GMAIL account signed into in Google Chrome is not being cleaned, so that after running the clean, if you open Google Chrome, the last signed in GMAIL account is still signed in so that opening GMAIL, opens automatically into that mailbox without any need to sign in. This does not happen in Firefox (when you reopen Firefox it prompts you to sign in to GMAIL). Both CCleaner and Google Chrome are latest versions, as is the W10 OS. I have logged a support call, but wondered if anyone else similar issue ? Work around is manually sign out of GMAIL before running CC. Note that this is the GMAIL sign-in, I do not login to Google Chrome explicitly.
  8. v5.51.6939 (64 bit), latest Chrome x64 (v71.xxx), since last update showing all chrome items skipped (see attachment). Confirm Chrme process NOT running, and when reopened goes straight back into site (therefor confirming cookies NOT cleaned). PLease can this be fixed ASAP.
  9. Hi Did a search but could not find this here. Is this supported in either free or paid versions ? Thanks
