Should I optimize my SSD using defragler?
After defragging my HDD, should I now optimize my SDD? I have read a bit about Trimming and Zero Filling, so I'm guessing that the optimize option does that to an SSD?
Also, what optimize does to HDD and when or why should I use it on them?
