I deleted the Opera browser. CCleaner still reads the add-ons for it. Why would CCleaner still see the browser and all it's add-ons?

I deleted the Opera browser from my Win7pro system. CCleaner still lists extensions for that browser. When the program is deleted is there a way to totally eliminate it from CCleaner?

I recently noticed this also. I'm using WIN7 pro 64 bit with a Dell Optiplex 755. I've double checked the bios and it indicates that visualization is enabled but Speccy says disabled.
