Trying to run cleaner and it says it needs chrome closed, i click to close chrome (have already unchecked chrome running in background), gives me the taking a long time do you want to force close, click yes, then cleaner stops responding. I have tried uninstalling chrome, still get the same message and results without chrome on the computer. uninstalled and reinstalled ccleaner (v5.12.5431 64bit) and it reinstalled chrome in the process. Still having the issue. Any ideas?
