Enter Win.32 Trojandownloader.Zlob into Google search and you will see a number of fixes for this problem. Sometimes it is better to run the fix in Safe Mode.

If uninstalling , rebooting then reinstalling does not work, hopefully you created a restore point before installing CCleaner. Restore to that point and hopefully your mouse will work. It is doubtful CCleaner affected the functions of the mouse. Try reinstalling using a wired mouse.

Latest version download works fine on XP, but on Windows 98 creates a problem. On download the first clean appears to clear all temporary files, but when this version is reopened the settings list dissappears and no action. Only fix is to download this version again, and reboot before opening the file.
