I have a bunch of files that start with a dollar sign . They are all marked unmovable. When I run defraggler these stay scattered all over my hard drive . Does anyone know how to get rid of these ? Doing a secure wipe - 35 passes - did not get rid of them . Neither did reinstalling windows ( vista 32 ) . the files are all hidden . They do not show up when I open the C drive . They only show up on some maintanance programs .
