Update to issue. It appears that CCleaner is now correctly cleaning my Recycle Bin. I have not applied any updates to either CCleaner nor Windows. This would have been the second restart. I will consider case closed but will monitor.

Hi Different Recycle Bin issue. V5.00 CCleaner finishes cleaning but item from the Recycle Bin were not erased. Cleaning again, files still exist in Recycle Bin. Recycle Bin can be emptied with right-click "empty Recycle Bin. Windows 8.1, all updates installed. Previous version(s) of CCleaner worked fine. EDIT: Results page does not show Recycle bin has been cleaned, the box is checked under the System group.
