  1. I'm having the same problem. I'm wondering whether it's because they're having server/site issues? I tried to submit a contact support ticket, but it said that it was having problems.

  3. I have the CCleaner Professional and I enabled the option to run it automatically every Monday at 5:00 pm. So far, I have yet to see it run at that time. Is there a log file or something that I can check to see whether it is running at all?
