Thank you for the links to the older versions. I just told that I have the same problems as the OP: since update sooo slow and much CPU. No need to start a new topic.

I agree with the original poster. With the newest update (2.17.898 64-bit) a Quick Defrag takes much more time than a full Defrag in earlier releases, and CPU is quite used. I Quick Defragged almost all day yesterday and am continuing this morning... This has nothing to do with games or disk space on my computer. Is there a way to download an earlier version of Defraggler?
