Thanks for the info, but it has not helped resolve the problem, which is hard to troubleshoot withoout the code. What condition causes display of the message?

I am using speccy mobile. When executed, speccy cannot return any information, It instead returns a "server execution failed" for each category. Result is same for v1.11.256 a v1.25.574 Anyone know why?
