  1. Had this happen to me also. Here is what I did . Figured I had a big problem so I was just farting around trying different things. I tapped the delete key at start up to get into BIOS. OK got into bios. Just navigated around bios looking at things for a while and then hit the "Esc" key to exit bios. 10 loaded normally after that. Been fine since. I will not use the registry defrag again until it gets straightened out. Goes without saying....DO NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS IN BIOS. Navigate around a bit then leave. Good Luck
  2. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Works properly now. FYI Windows 10 Thanks all for the help Cheers
  3. Yep not working. I can open the program. When I select defrag it just completes with nothing changed. I started with 6.1GB fragged and ended with the same value 6.1 Ideas?
  4. Brilliant. Derek891 had the home run. Other inputs were solid base hits. Cheers Juice
  5. Hello all. New here. Hope everyone is doing fine. I am using Windows 8.1 64bit. i5 cpu. Defraggler leaves 8 gig unfragged every time I run it. Another poster suggested a solution, I did that, I checked the three boxes in the Advanced tab as recommended. I also restarted the system. Same issue. Defrages but leaves 8 gigs fragmented. Suggestions? Regards, Juice
