  1. It doesn't show anything on my desktop about any time limit.

     

    SP3 contains all Hotifxes for XP (includes IE6/IE7 updates, but does not contain IE7)

    It only contains a few new features, which I doubt most users will use. It should be a small update on Windows Update when it is released, since most people won't need all the updates.

  3. Yes, the Downloaded Installations folder is where some programs will install their setup files. This is in case you want to modify or reinstall the program. I did have this added to winapp2.ini some while back, but ultimately it was decided for the best to remove it. As it did cause some problems, not real problems, but more of a pain.
