I am confused. My computer is always very slow when I surf the internet. So what's wrong about it? Is it related to the computer system or its hardware?

We all know that when we use the search engine or open some sites, the browser will automatically have the cookies. So does there has a software can make the sites have no ability to remember our browser history?
