  1. Thanks for getting in touch. At the moment this is affecting all customers, not just your account. We kindly ask for your patience on this and will update you on our progress as soon as possible. Your existing endpoints should be working as normal, but new installers are not able to be generated currently. I will make a comment on your support ticket to ensure they reach out to you soon.
  2. Hey @freber - what sort of commands would you be looking to use?
  3. Hi @kappclark, Unfortunately at the moment, CCleaner Cloud does not have this ability. Could you provide a bit of background into what you were looking to achieve, and what information you would be looking to have into a syslog server? Thanks
  4. Hi FSSBIT - this is a new tray notification that was added during our last release. It shows when a machine is missing some SSL certificates that our agent needs. The resolution should be a simple reinstall of the agent. Could you please DM me the computer name? Also if you could you please submit a diagnostic report? To do this: Right-click the CCleaner Cloud icon in the system tray, near the clock and select 'Preferences' this will open the CCleaner Cloud Preferences window In the 'Preferences' window, navigate to the 'Debug' tab Look at the section that says 'Logging' and click "Submit" for Diagnostic Report In the "Issue Description" box, please put "For Support" and press "OK" to submit the report. Thanks
  5. Hi Martin, If you email us at this page https://piriform.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new we'll be able to transfer the remainder of your license period to a Mac license. Thanks :-)
  6. Hi SR45, Thanks for getting in touch and we're sorry you've got this issue. Following the update to El Capitan users weren't able to open CCleaner for Mac if they hadn't updated CCleaner before OS X. If you are still seeing an 'OS not supported' message, this could be why. You can download the latest CCleaner for Mac for free from www.piriform.com/ccleaner-mac - this version is compatible with El Capitan since September 2015. If your issue isn't solved by this, please could you screenshot any error messages for us and we will look into it. Thanks :-)
  7. Hi GhoSt, Thanks for your post - this is an issue that the development team are aware of, and we are working to fix this in an upcoming release :-) For the latest release news you can subscribe to our newsletter at www.piriform.com/subscribe Have a great day!
  8. Hi there, Thanks for the information and I'm sorry you're facing this issue! I've attached a screenshot of CCleaner's start-up modification tool - can you confirm whether CCleaner is in this list? If so, click on CCleaner and then click remove. This won't remove the application, but it will remove the app from start up. Let me know if this doesn't solve the problem for you
  9. Hi Derekmess, Thanks so much for your interest - this software is still in development, and we would love to hear of any feature suggestions (and bugs too!) that you've come across while using CCleaner for Mac :-) So do let us know of any idea's and improvements you've thought about - we're keen to hear from you! Thanks!
  10. Hi there! Thanks for your inquiry Can you confirm that the images have the file extension still attached? For example, when you try to rename a photo, is 'IMG_1234.jpg' what appears, or just 'IMG_1234'?
  11. Hi there! Thanks very much for the suggested addition. We regularly review the feedback we receive, so keep letting us know of your requests! Thanks! MrA
  12. Hi sylvain75, Please can you raise a ticket @ support.piriform.com who should be able to help you with this

  15. Hi Henely, I have been trying to reproduce this on my own system, but have not been able to. These are the steps I took: 1. (Fresh install of Windows XP Professional SP3) Install CCleaner Free and leave settings as default 2. Open CCleaner > Options > Monitoring > Disable "Enable System Monitoring" and "Enable Active Monitoring" 3. Close CCleaner 4. Open command prompt and move to the installation directory. 5. Use - ccleaner.exe /auto 6. In the tray, I can see the CCleaner icon, the animated brush starts flashing, then the CCleaner logo leaves the tray. [ I have also tested with the "Minimize to System Tray" enabled] Could you please compare these steps to yours and let me know if there is anything different? Have you changed any of the cleaning settings from default? Added any Includes or Excludes?
