  1. Same here. Fed up with paying for a program that does not work. Uninstalling this worthless crap and putting the credit card charge in dispute with my credit card company.
  2. Have the same problem. Every time I try to run Health Check I get "We're unable to establish a connection. If I can't run Health Check then I wasted my money to upgrade. I will uninstall the program and call my credit card company and put the charge in dispute. I refuse to pay for a program that doesn't work. I disabled my virus program and still get the same message.
  3. Anyone know why CC Cleaner does not remove google chrome database cookies. After running CC Cleaner all my cookies are removed except for those labeled database cookies. I have to manually delete them.
  4. Latest version of CCleaner 4.07.4369 does not remove google Adobe chrome flash cookies even though I have the Adobe Flash Player box checked. Only way to remove them is to go to Adobe Flash Player website and under WebSite Storage Settings Panel and click on delete tab. I'm using the latest version of Chrome Browser 30.0.1599.101m
  5. Latest version of CCleaner does not remove google Adobe chrome flash cookies even though I have the Adobe Flash Player box checked. Only way to remove them is to go to Adobe Flash Player web site and under Web Site Storage Settings Panel and click on delete tab
  6. Having the same problem. The cookies from browsing with IE 11 still show up in the cookie list even after running the program. Also CC Cleaner will not delete Adobe Flash cookies even though I have the Adobe Flash Player box checked under the Applications Tab. I have to go to the Adobe Settings web site to delete the Flash Cookies.
