i am having the same issue. just installed an external 3tb disk and when i try to use defragler v2.10.424 i get the analysis failed message. defragler works fine on my two internal disks (one 2tb and one 3tb). the external disk only has a few files on it. my operating system is win 7 home premium x64. d. watson
