  1. It seems to me that compared to the Business and Network editions of Ccleaner, there is fairly little information on pricing and otehr similar particulars for the Technician Edition on the main Piriform site. Such as price per user if an organization wants to use it and similar. Is the only way to get this information to contact the Piriform sales department through the web form?
  2. The answer to that depends on many things, including your system specs. For an older computer, Microsoft Security Essentials, Avast, Antivir or AVG. For a modern machine, there are many to choose from, including all of the above plus several larger suites that would bring an older computer to a screeching halt with their system requirements. As far as Comodo goes, I would advise anyone who is not a hardcore computer professional to stay the hell away from it unless they have the patience to learn the program well. Because on the default settings it will bug the user about every least little thing and turning too many things to too lenient settings to get rid of the prompts will compromise your security. I've been doing computer maintenance stuff for more than ten years and I ran out of patience with Comodo in five days for these very reasons. The manual was some 90 pages long and it is very much a RTFM program if you want things done. Powerful if you have the incentive, but frustrating if you lack either skill or patience and an absolute nightmare for a neophyte.
  3. The Defraggler main user interface has a serious translation issue with the Pause and Stop buttons in the Finnish language version that is VERY confusing for end users. It also gives the end users a false impression of the quality of Piriform software because of such a glaring error. Both "Pause" and "Stop" are translated as "Pysäytä". That translation is only correct for the Stop button. The correct translation for the Pause button would be "Tauko". This error has persisted for as long as I remember using Defraggler (years), though it does not affect me personally because I prefer the English interface. However, just knowing that it is there is irksome.
  4. There is a translation error in the Ccleaner Tools > System Restore section when using the Finnish language interface of Ccleaner. When you select a number of restore points to delete, the English language message is "All selected restore points will be removed. Are you sure you want to proceed?" This has been translated into Finnish as "Poistaa kaikki järjestelmän palautuspisteet. Haluatko varmasti jatkaa?" The correct translation of this warning message to Finnish would be "Poistaa kaikki valitut järjestelmän palautuspisteet. Haluatko varmasti jatkaa?" The bolded word is the translation of the word "selected". It is currently missing in its entirety. This situation has persisted for a number of years and should be remedied as soon as possible. It is just a typo level error, but for people who actually read these things it can come as quite the shock.
