  1. Just for your information: It's strange and sad that some bugs are consistently ignored...
  2. Thanks for the modified entry. Winapp2.ini updates: https://github.com/MoscaDotTo/Winapp2/commit/70ab0fd9a66cef5c7f63ec2951d586d998004860 https://github.com/MoscaDotTo/Winapp2/commit/0b95a1decf1c1d53390d238e73487a37b2ea4897 Winapp3.ini update: https://github.com/MoscaDotTo/Winapp2/commit/a717947ac5cbdf6943f175e7ec4cd43aed5a57a4

  5. Thank you for your quick reply and corrections.
  6. Thank you very much for all the revised entries. The entry [LocalSystem *] has some typos: FileKey9+11+15 need a pattern. I guess |*.*|RECURSE. FileKey9+10+11 have a doubled backslash after %WinDir%. And please do not rearrange the FileKeys. Please use the alphabetical order we need for WinappDebug/Winapp2ool. Thank you!
  7. Unfortunately you clicked too fast and installed the additional CCleaner Browser. Please read the "How to fix it" post from nukecad:
  8. Thanks for the modified/revised/updated and new entries. Winapp2.ini update: https://github.com/MoscaDotTo/Winapp2/commit/b8e44c1ab2acae6d955688a566b63217db97b8d0
  9. Very strange! Unfortunately, I don't have any ideas anymore. Then only Piriform can help...
  10. Ok, all shortcuts are corrupted and that only happens with CC Pro. So it seems that it should be related to one of the Pro features. What is your setting for "Users" (Options > Users): Current user only, All users, or Selected users? If it is one of the last two, can you please try "Current user only"? This would be the only Pro feature that would come to my mind about the problem.
  11. I'm not from Piriform, but I checked your log.txt. CC doesn't actually remove anything that could cause this problem. Only log files and temporary files are removed. But I have noticed that it removes shortcuts from your desktop ("C:\Users\XXX\Desktop\XXX.url"), so it seems that you have not unchecked the "Desktop Shortcuts" rule. Please make sure that you have unchecked this rule and also the "Start Menu Shortcuts" rule (as Dave CCleaner already mentioned). The error message shows that only the shortcut in the taskbar is corrupted, not Office itself. Doesn't it work to start Office using one of the shortcuts in the start menu? Edit: You can ignore what I wrote about the desktop shortcuts. They were in the recycle bin. Sorry!
  12. Chromium has its own special Flash integration, so the Flash cookies (and the cache) are stored in the user profile of the browser. The attached screenshot shows the cleaning of Google Chrome Flash cookies.
  13. Thanks for adding Edge Chromium. One thing I noticed: "Cookies" does not remove Flash Cookies anymore. (Folder: "...\User Data\*\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\WritableRoot\#SharedObjects") Since the browser is based on Chromium, it should be possible to add the missing rules without any problems. Edit: This also applies to Edge Chromium: https://forum.piriform.com/topic/54517-cookies-local-storageleveldb/
  14. Great! Thank you very much for testing.
  15. I checked AdwCleaner and think we can merge FileKey2 and 3: FileKey2=%SystemDrive%\AdwCleaner|*.txt|RECURSE
  16. Thanks for the new and revised entries. Winapp2.ini update: https://github.com/MoscaDotTo/Winapp2/commit/9e69d488ac9539b514bfbe50154daef2bb70ec7d
  17. Thanks for the information. However, I cannot confirm it. RegKey2 completely removes the registry key "Store" from my system.
  18. Thanks for the modified/updated entries and the replies. Winapp2.ini update: https://github.com/MoscaDotTo/Winapp2/commit/a41c956b64f94d6d1d835f49d8be730c0b91aaa9 Winapp3.ini update: https://github.com/MoscaDotTo/Winapp2/commit/33ac4b73a41e0f6a54b284288616c586aaf90e28
  19. CCleaner's entry "Cookies" for Google Chrome, Chromium browsers and Opera cleans the LevelDB of the folder "User Data\*\Local Storage\", but leaves many traces. The main LevelDB file *.log will be cleaned, but the clean-up process unfortunately creates new *.ldb files with all the previous data from the *.log file! The MANIFEST-* file then also contains traces of visited websites! Please check if you can optimize this. Thank you!
  20. Thank you very much for your quick reply and the information. Too bad it's still affecting extensions. Then we should better not include the entries in Winapp2.ini. I guess he requested the entry because many people just overlook the folder because of the many icons on their desktop. It will also be a Winapp3.ini entry, as it deletes a potentially important backup folder.
  21. New entries: CCleaner's built-in entry "Cookies" tries to clean up the LevelDB, but leaves many traces. The main LevelDB file *.log will be cleaned, but the clean-up process unfortunately creates new *.ldb files with all the previous data of the *.log file. The MANIFEST file also contains traces of visited websites. A request: Could someone please test if this affects installed extensions? Thank you very much! 22. IMHO that's too much for a simple backup folder. The folder only exists if Firefox had serious problems or if you manually clicked on "Refresh Firefox". Since the content does not change after creation, the entries would only clean the folder once. The folder is used to transfer your profile data to a new Firefox profile. After that you can usually delete the folder.
  23. New Winapp3.ini entry: [Firefox Old Data *] Section=Dangerous Firefox DetectFile=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox Default=False Warning=The folders are created as part of the "Refresh Firefox" process and can contain important data. FileKey1=%UserProfile%\Desktop\Old Firefox Data*|*.*|REMOVESELF
