I did everything suggesting, the problem still exists. Whenever I click on Tools, the program crashes.

I'm using Windows XP SP2, and just downloaded the newest update. Every time I hit the Tools button, the program crashes and closes. Everything else seems to be working fine, but I'd like to have the functionality of Tools. Any suggestions welcome!
