  1. Hey, I downloaded CCleaner a couple of months ago. Just downloaded and said scan. It messed up my Office 7 and some other stuff. When I asked people on this site, they said I should have "unchecked" the Office 7 program before running. I have no idea what I should check or let it clean. How do I set it up before I run it?? I am running windows vista, ie8. Thanks, 0gary0
  2. I installed this a couple of days ago. When I went to office exel or word 2007 all my docs. were gone. I could find them under "user file" and they would come up one by one, but what happens next time? will they all be gone again. Also, if I click on "new" to get a clean sheet, it just gives me all my templates. Running Windows Vista, ex. 8 Thank You 0gary0
