  1. Just today after mid day I ran Speccy on my desk top to get a look at my HDD and Graphics card temp and got the following message where I would normally have had details and temperature: "...Cannot initiate SPC dll.." the type was in the colour orange. though I normally only get identity info for my CPU, RAM and motherboard (very useful this is too)(but old desktop pc, pentium 4 running Windows XP sp3... no temperature detectors?) I would always get a temperature reading for my Graphics card and HDD. I now get this same message about the SPC dll file for CPU, RAM,Motherboard,Graphics & HDD. By the way it still reads all other info correct from my system except for the five items stated above. It worked fine for me before mid day! Anybody out there any ideas what is causing this?
