Ever since they added it, every so often the Vault will lock. After various action that fail, they ask if I have any security (sic) software loaded, including Ccleaner. After uninstalling it, altering the registry and or target file names, then restarting, the Vault is working. Happened again last week, before 4.03 upgrade.

eventually cleared it, required full reload, so never found out why

thought of that, dismissed it it is always the same file it is not always in the same place

programme starts fine not running another programme 1 confirm it is this file having, having read the screen telling me so, it is the only file that remains not defragged, problem disappears when I select all files except that one to defrag

It causes 10 to 20 second delay Same problem for some time On more than one computer Running Windows 7
