CCleaner 5.28.6005 will not download. Every time I click Download nothing happens. If I search on File Hippo site I end up at the download page but again nothing happens. If you can't provide the program where can I get a copy? I am currently running 5.23.5808 on Win 10 PC

Once I wipe a drive I can still read all the original file names. The contents are now junk but file names are intact. Is there an automated way to rename the files ? If not how do I go about actually removing these files?
