My OS = Windows 7 home premium, 32-bit version, english language USA version.
I have been using CCleaner & CCEnhancer & Winapp2.ini for several years now. It had been a few months since I last updated any of them, so on May 21, 2012, I downloaded & installed the very latest versions of all of them. I also downloaded & used "trim.bat".
After running & configuring everything (& no, I didn't RUN CCleaner when "trim.bat" told me not to), I used CCleaner's primary function. So far, so good. Then I opened up a folder in my pictures section, one that only has 15 pictures in it, for a total of 82.9 MBs. After letting Windows render them as thumbnails, I went up one folder, then back into that very same folder a half second later. Instead of the thumbnails either being already rendered or only taking a half second (give or take) to re-render, all of their thumbnails were blank, & I had to wait for Windows to render them as if it was the first time that I had ever been to that folder.
This is the very FIRST time that this has ever happened to me before. My question is, was this problem caused by either the new CCleaner, the new CCEnhancer, the new Winapp2.ini, or the "trim.bat", & if so, then what can I do about it?
