  1. Seems to be working now. I removed the files to be excluded.
  2. Defraggler.exe.1_21_2092010-08-07_17-50.txt Still getting the error message.
  3. Thank you to you both. I did mr don's run and it opened Defraggler in debug mode. It stopped seconds in so I will post the bug report. At last I got it to open. Thank you.

Hello, I am using free Avast and I have not had a problem with other Defraggler downloads BUT 2 days ago the previous version to 1.21.209 had the same problem so I updated but still the same problem. The event log / Applications does not show anything related to 0xc000000d. First time I have used it but no I saw nothing.

  7. I followed Troubleshoot doc on Bug reporting but I have not got C:\Program Files\Defraggler\Defraggler.exe /debug. Thanks for PNG tip.
  8. I have this window popping up about 20 sec. into de fragmentation. I have uninstalled cleaned registry (thank you ccleaner) and reinstalled but the same thing happens. Help please. Thank you for all your great work.
