After downloading the ccleaner and putting the Actervation code in the box, I keep getting an error message saying that the code is invalid. I have tried puting in the code and i know for a fact it is the correct code that was sent to me. Please help.

I am useing Microsoft windows 7 home edtion and when I am cleaning though cc cleaner, I get to where it is cleaning the recircle bin (at 35%) and won't go any further. I have unchecked the recircle bin so that the program winn finish running. Please, hope someone can help me here. chris
