First of I just want to say this is a great program, I was using Diskeeper Pro but find myself using Defraggler more and more. So my thanks to the developers. So as the topic says Analysis Failed / Building File List Failed. When I first started using defraggler I had no problem defraging my C or D drive.. but now I get this msg when trying to defrag C, and no problems defraging D. If any further information is needed or if this problems is in a prievious post just let me know... Thanks mykeeX]

I have a friend who's also having a simillar problem.. but the issue is with msn messenger.. Only when she runs CCleaner is sets her msn fonts, sounds, tabs, msn today windows pops up. Basically all the lame default settings come back. She's running the current version of CCleaner and msn messenger, and this "ONLY" happens when she's runs CCleaner on her laptop.. she has the same settings on her desktop with both programs, but msn messenger on laptop has resets back to default. Any ideas? If need more detailed info on problem, please let me know.. TYIA.. mykeeX
