Has anyone purchased a CyberPower battery back up and had difficulty with the PowerPanel Personal Edition software? If so, what was the solution? I have spoken with the "support" department and they cannot help me. I have tried turning off all anti-spyware software, etc., uninstalled, reinstalled the software, etc...to no avail. Get an error that the software is unable to communicate with the computer. SpySweeper is a known issue, but followed their instructions explicitly. Any one have any ideas of what my be conflicting? The battery back up will continue to work, but the software will not stay communicating for over 2 hours...ARRRGGHH!!!
