I'm running CC v2.32.1165 - the latest. I joined the forum to report exactly the same problem as you did. I'm just adding my voice to yours. This is the path C:\Documents and Settings\tuindwerg\Local Settings\Application Data\FLVService and it seems to keep the *.bin files. I hope the folks in the 3rd galaxy from Mars can fix this.
