no matter how many times ive run defrag its still very high close to 50% ??? why???

got it down to 23% after deleting shadow copies 3 fragmented files 8.0 gb 8 total fragments largest i see among many is bit4401.tpm 136,280 kb and MTR.exe 33,000 windows system32 and have run ccleaner severl times not sure what else to do

after several attempts from running ccleaner many times and defragler many times i still have 30 to40 percent fragmented files on only 50.2 gb thats only 7% of my drive thats being used the rest is free but when i run defrag from windows 7 i show no problems that i can see as it dosent have the graphics that this dose please help
