Mine is detecting the HDD as an SSD too. The motherboard is a Z68X-UD3H-B3 v1.0 and the SATA ports are in AHCI mode. The HDD is a Hitachi HDT721010SLA360 Its interesting because on the Health tab it has the Rotation rate as 7200 RPM if you want any more details feel free to contact me. yer thats why i didnt think you would be eager. its just a little thing. maybe automaticly downloads the non-slim version. or a paid version that autoupdates. i would pay a doller for that. how much do you make from adverts?

I'm not sure how eager you would be to implement this but I would like an update like the one in Malwarebytes. So I don't have to go to the website after clicking updates then download the updated version then select the builds page and download the slim copy. Malwarebytes just downloads the installer file and then automatically runs it.

you can always go into the file list and find the file, select it then defrag hi-lighted.

Ok so I removed the HDD from computer A and installed in computer B and its still not defragging the pagefile.sys even though in Virtual Memory settings on computer b it shows there is no page file on the E: drive but the pagefile.sys file does exist but its inactive. Then if I defrag the E: drive with the windows tool it works fine and defrags the page file. From what I can work out Defraggler dosn't have any detection methods for detecting page files that are inactive/in use.
