  1. Hello, I would like to make sure that when I run CCLEANER, all my drives (C:\, D:\ and E:\) get cleaned. I am under the impression (possibly wrong,) that only the C:\ is the only one getting cleaned. HOw could I check to make sure all the drives get cleaned? Thanks for info. Bert
  2. Hello, I have the Defraggler Pro version. At the end of the defragging process, it always indicates that the C:\ drive is 12% fragmented. The little colored squares indicating files in the drive never get all of them together, while when I defrag my D & E drive they become 0% defragged, and all colored square are one followed by the other. How could I have my C drive fully defragged? thanks for info. Bert
  3. Hello, Immediately after running Defraggler for the first time, tried to work with my word processor, WordPerfect. I noticed that some of the preferences which I have set in WordPerfect were no longer there. I am wondering if there is a fix for this... and wonder if other preferences might have been affected. I ran CCLEANER first and then the Defraggler. I have ran CCLEANER before and had no problems with it, so the problem seems to have been created by Defraggler. Any suggestions how to fix the problem would be greatly appreciated. I am running Windows XP with a double processor. WordPerfect is Corel's latest version of that program. Bert Delgado
