  1. (Original Post Deleted) On second thought ... never mind. Asking a simple question has already taken drastically much more effort than the answers could possibly be worth. Forget it.
  2. I dont have the technical knowledge to offer an accurate or informed opinion. So I was wondering what others would have to say. Whats the low down bottom line between Piriform Defraggler Vrs Puran Defrag? According to the experts? (This post was moved from Defraggler Discussion due to the moderator input below.)
  3. Request moderator thread delation. The original post was moved to HERE due to the moderator input below.
  4. Hello! Ah, that stuff is "metadata" eh? Looking up that term reveled a boon of information. I get it now. Thanks! MeVII
  5. *bump* Hey! No one at all knows any of the other "$files?? No Piriform techs around? Thoes "files" are still around despite defrags and such. I still havent found (understandable) information about them. Thanks again! P.R.
  6. Hello all! With the exception of $Bad, as I found and read the other post that explains that. What are the other 3 "files"? Why do thier "fragments" not get moved or fixed and if they dont "matter", why do they show up on Defragglers visual representation of a HD? There may be more $files than thoes three, that was just the best example for a screen shot. Click to Enlarge Ever since I found CCleaner years back, I have been a fan of Piriform products. Im looking fwd to the sys info program when its out of beta. Excellent programs!
