shopyan, di direktori cleaner kan ada folder Lang (kalau tidak ada, silahkan buat), nah masukan lang_1057.dll ke sana. coba buka ccleaner klik pada Options lalu pada Settings - Language pilih bahasa Indonesia. (1057 adalah kode bahasa yang bisa dideteksi oleh CCleaner berdasarkan LCIDs Windows).
