  1. I don't think I am running winapp2 and am not sure what other ccleaner enhanced software you are referring to.
  2. Since installing the latest version of CCleaner (v5.11.5408 64 bit) on my Windows 7 Professional system, I have seen a slow down in processing, especially long delays waiting for program to activate a scan or clean. I have made no other changes to my system, so I think it is due to this latest version of CCleaner.
  3. I recently found out that although I don't use Firefox as a browser, it is tied to my usage of Mozilla Thunderbird. It has been saving up cookies without my knowledge. Although I do a clean of my PC almost every day, I am not sure it is also looking at Firefox and not just Internet Explorer. I see a heading for Internet Explorer, but none for Firefox. I see that Firefox is included in my CCleaner software, so what must I do to include it in the cleaning operation? Also, I have recently changed my email address from Comcast to ATT. How to I change my registration to reflect this change? Thanks for any help, Sherwin Dubren
  4. Yes, I have Windows 7 I just upgraded to the latest CCleaner 2.28 and when I checked the registry, the two errors did not appear. Either the new CCleaner is not checking for them anymore, or somehow they were cleared up. I don't think there were any changes or updates to my Windows 7 software to account for this. In any case, I don't see those annoying error messages popping up.
  5. I am receiving a problem report when checking the registry. There are two ActiveX/COM issues for registry keys HKCR\ehGLID.GLIDPlugInUDCR which I cannot remove in the registry edit. When I try to clean them using Ccleaner, they reappear almost instantly. I cannot trace these registry keys, so I don't know how to fix them. Ccleaner is not specific about exactly what the problem is. How can I clear up these errors?
