Okay, had MS come in to check for updates I'm missing. It didn't find any so I'm up to date whether I know it or not.

I have Framework SP3.5 SP1. Maybe not the same one we're talking about.

Not on your life. There are too many wanring out about it. Better to replace CC with something else.

For the past week, every time I run CrapCleaner it gives me tens of thousands of KB temp files. This happened a few minutes ago. I visited two sites and checked to see what CC would report. It deleted 227 files totalling 1,551 KB. This can't be right. Please advise.

Don't bother. I got an answer within seconds at the Avira site.

I recently switched from Avast to Avira. I run CC every day after I've closed my browser. For the last few days, CC has been showing "Utilities-AntiVir Desktop" in the list of items deleted. This didn't happen when I used Avast. Is it actually removing Avira components? If so, how do I stop it doing this?
