I'm about to close this thread...there will be no support until it is supported. Especially since no new speccy versions have been released since this thread began. Along with previous comments, I am gob-smacked at this attitude, I hope that these moderators don't represent Piriform, who have released Windows 10 updates for CCleaner. For any body else who is interested, Speccy runs from portable apps with the following errors, CPU dll init failed and doesn't return info for CPU, RAM, Motherboard, and Graphics, but the rest is OK. HWinfo on portable apps is a good alternative. I will now try the paid for support and hopefully get a bit more respect from them. All we want is information.

After running v22 while the replies were coming in I decided to re-install v23 with a view to trying to stop and start restore to re-populate but when I opened v23 the list was populated. Either a quirk introduced by v22 or @just one of those things@ Thanks all

Hi, thanks for the responses, are you saying that if I re-install v2.23, stop restore from the control panel then start it again then ccleaner will populate as normal.

v2.21.940 works OK but v2.22 & v2.23 does not populate the list when the System Restore option is selected. The circular icon spins for a few seconds then goes blank and the list does not appear. Windows XP Home Edition version 2002 Service Pack 3
