Minenfeld!

I just updated my version of CClearner tonight to the latest version. After installing the update, I ran the registry cleaner and got a strange error: http://img190.imageshack.us/i/errorchu.jpg/ If I do put a disk in the e drive, the error doesn't pop up. But I don't want the error to appear at all. Any suggestions?
