I'm also experiencing the same thing as the OP. (Rebooted computer and scanned again) Running WinXP SP2.
  2. WebFldrs XP

Windows Explorer > Program Files > Common > Microsoft Shared. Just guessing here, but I think it may be linked to MS Office. BTW, I am also showing it listed in the CCleaner Uninstall Tools. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

  4. Uninstall Programs Tool

Thank you Andavari for replying so fast! Actually, I should have been clearer in my previous question. What I would like to know is how do I "undo" the actions that I performed in that "tip" posted by Humpty. I believe that tweak I did is preventing me from accessing "Add/Remove Windows Components". Thanks again!
  5. Uninstall Programs Tool

Hi Humpty, I used your "tip" because I was showing 14 items in the Uninstall Tools section of CCleaner that were not showing in the Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Now, when I click on Add/Remove Windows Components, I get a Dialog Box pop up saying: "Setup was unable to open information file hide. Contact your system administrator. The specific error code is 0x2 at line 2088999411." ....following by a second Dialog Box saying: "The application could not be initialized." Is there something I could do to fix this? Thanking you in advance, ImWho. WinXP Home SP2 (Up-to-date) NAV 2006 SpywareBlaster AD-Aware SE Plus CCleaner v 1.31.325
